{cin, no start, frameshift} in BglBrick format

A noncoding version of the cin gene from bacteriophage p1, with the start codon removed and a frameshift mutation introduced. For a description of the wildtype behavior of cin as a tail fiber dna inverting element, see PMID 15489417. This version of cin acts only as a cis element to enhance packaging into P1 particles of plasmids containing it. Part is referred to internally as jtk3007.
